Requirements

This position is a performance based position with pay based upon piece rate. We are seeking individuals with good agility, communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching the technicians and equipment to perform lighting, electrical and signage service and maintenance work. This position is also required to perform the administrative duties of the branch in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of the work within contractual requirements along with compliance with company policies and processes, National Electrical Code, laws and applicable regulations, as well as to meet company objectives related to profitability, work quality, and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch all work orders daily for technicians.
  • Maintains efficient routes for techs.
  • Updates WO’s with accurate ETA’s.
  • Schedule and process night watch.
  • Schedule and process lift rentals.
