Our customer service department maintains a 24-hour, toll-free hotline for emergency situations. A live person answers this line and dispatches the information to the appropriate personnel. Based upon the situation, a technician is then dispatched to promptly address the matter.

We guarantee that all emergencies are addressed within 24 hours of notification and all standard service work is performed within three to five business days.
